I keep going back to see what the long-ears are doing. Call the kids. Maybe they have rich inner lives. The camera is at Found Animals in San Pedro, Calif.. At that link a live chat accompanies the video, and sometimes volunteers (typing in hot pink) answer questions about the bunnies. From About the Foundation: "Found Animals is working to develop sustainable, scalable animal welfare business models which minimize shelter euthanasia." (I haven't been able to hack the ad out of the video above; maybe that's one of the models. You can click the x to hide it.) Each bunny featured on our cam is available for adoption from the PetSave Foundation and their Rabbitat (located at www.petsave.org). They have over 100 rabbits available for adoption. Many of the bunnies that you will see will be in pairs--bunnies bond and love to have a buddy around to play with and groom. We will be rotating through some of the bunnies during the duration of this live cam so the variety of sizes and breeds can be seen. All of the bunnies on the cam are available NOW--which means that you can adopt them immediately. If you do not live near San Pedro, please visit your local shelter or rabbit rescue--you can be the Forever Home for a very special rabbit. After Easter, you'll probably find rabbits at local shelters. |
